The Consortium protects Denomination Collective Trademarks, carries out market surveillance, manages Denomination Policy and deals with Disciplinaries, promotes knowledge of Wines and their conscious consumption, valuing their territories of origin, their thousand-year history and the ability to interpret the present and the future with the style of each individual company but with respect for traditions. It is an expression of men and women who are passionately rooted in their lands and dedicated to excellent hilly viticulture. The Consortium protects and values denominations in the strict sense with respect to wines, but also through broader actions involving the entire territory and its actors. In fact, there are 3 lines of action: vineyard management, ethics in the world of work and sustainable logistics.
