Cellar and work space management

This nest of the wine-system refers to the physical structure of the cellar into which the grapes are transformed, but also the other work spaces attached to it (offices, laboratories, etc.). Input, output and reflections also refer to the way in which the cellar is built and powered.

Some questions to reflect and stimulate circular answers:

Is it possible to share a cellar and its spaces, with a view to sharing?

Is it necessary to own a winery to produce wine?

How do I choose the material and energy suppliers that power the structure?

Do I monitor consumption, waste and product waste for the management of the winery?

How does the winery interact with its surroundings (flora, fauna and other ecosystem units)?

What physical, psychological and sensory impact does my winery have on communities and on the territory?
