CHESTWINE® is a natural extract derived from the chestnut flower (Castaneasativa), able to replace sulfites: eliminates the need for synthetic additives throughout the wine production process.
The composition of the product inhibits oxidation and microbial growth, preserving aromas, flavors and color of the wine.
It can be added to all types of wine, at different stages of the production process, respecting the specific operating conditions of each winery.
It is ideal for biodynamic and organic wines.
