SoloRoero

SoloRoero is an association of winemakers, founded as an informal collective, consisting today (2025) of the Cascina Fornace (Santo Stefano Roero), Valfaccenda and Alberto Oggero (Canale) farms in the province of Cuneo. Enrico, Luca and Alberto are the three souls of the SoloRoero collective: a territorial and artisanal viticultural project, which was born in Roero with the ambition to cross its borders and tell its truest story through its wines. A common goal, to enhance their Roero with the production of wines profoundly territorial, allowing the individual identity of the three different souls to emerge. The group intends to best interpret this territory, with the desire to vinify only the most classic and characteristic varieties (cultivating them with natural or certified organic methods): Arneis and Nebbiolo.
